The new interactive voice response (IVR) platform provides a common customer-friendly experience for telephone banking, regardless of location or number dialed.
3i Chooses Interface Software [Top] Interface Software announced that the international venture capital company, 3i, has chosen Interface Software's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, InterAction, as the cornerstone of its Relationship Intelligence system. 3i plans on integrating InterAction with Portia, its back-office investment management system, Microsoft Outlook contact managers and Palm handheld PDAs to provide access to the firm's repository of Relationship Intelligence.
