The Software Support Professionals Association (SSPA)
announced that it has developed and implemented The SSPA

Survey is a third in a series of annual surveys used to

Signs Unisys as ASP [Top]
Splashnet.com announced that Unisys New Zealand has
signed an agreement to become an application service
provider (ASP) for the Australasian marketplace. As a
member of Splashnet’s recently created Key Alliance
Partner Program, Unisys will host the system and deliver
full CRM functionality to its customers.

Integrates TS.Census With SMS [Top]
Tally Systems announced the release of a new integration
between SMS and its market leading asset tracking
software, TS.Census. The new 1.1 version of TS.Census
will allow network managers to import PC hardware and
software asset information directly from TS.Census into
SMS versions 2.0 or 1.2.

Intelligence Announces Support of Cisco [Top]
Interactive Intelligence announced that it now supports
Cisco's AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video, and
Integrated Data) IP platform. This support enables
Cisco's Call Manager to incorporate interaction
management capabilities from Interactive Intelligence
such as ACD, soft phone, IVR, unified messaging, Web
services, and screen pop.
