Nova Southeastern University Selects NiceVision [Top] NICE Systems announced that Nova Southeastern University has selected the NiceVision Pro digital video recording solution as a central component for a new security system to comprise hundreds of cameras upon completion. NICE partner Siemens Building Technologies is overseeing phased installation of the multi-site system. Kroll-Schiff & Associates provided design and consultation services for the project.
Hispanic Teleservices With New Facility [Top] Hispanic Teleservices announced the expansion of its nearshore solution with the addition of a second contact center located in Monterrey, Mexico. The new center is integrated into HTC's current network, is identical to its existing nearshore operations, and provides clients disaster recovery back up.
BroadVision Names VP [Top] BroadVision announced that Ken Johnson has been named Senior Vice President of Global Accounts for BroadVision and will directly lead the BroadVision 200 initiative. With more than 17 years of enterprise application software experience, Johnson will coordinate efforts in BroadVision's accounts, a group of companies that includes Maytag, France Telecom, Anderson Trucking, BT, Sony and US Postal Service.
ETS To Deploy Simtrex [Top] Simtrex is pleased to announce that Educational Testing Services (ETS) will be deploying Simtrex StarTrainer in its headquarters contact center location. Simtrex's SMART simulation training technology will be used to train both newly hired and existing agents. ETS chose the Simtrex solution because of its ability to give agents first-hand experience with handling live calls without putting our customers at risk.
