    IBM and Siebel Systems announced an extension of their Global Strategic Alliance to develop, market, and sell customer-driven business process integration solutions that reduce costs, complexity, and time to deployment. Under the terms of the new agreement, IBM becomes the Universal Application Network (UAN) Technology Global Strategic Partner. As a result of this alliance, customers will have greater flexibility in their IT investment decisions to choose applications supported by standards-based integration technology.



    DBM Chooses Cyracle [Top]
    Cyracle announced that DBM has selected Cyracle Web Service to power its internal sales support center on the Web. DBM will use Cyracle Web Service to provide internal sales support to its sales team.



    Powergen With Protagona [Top]
    Powergen recently invested in an intelligent marketing automation software solution from Protagona Worldwide that aims to enable the organization to deliver communication to customers and prospects. By providing Powergen with the ability to deliver more timely, smaller and more targeted customer communications and improve its levels of data analysis, selection and modelling, the Protagona Ensemble software aims to help the organization to improve customer retention and acquisition, reduce cost per sale and improve margins.



    4C For Charity Selects Touchstone [Top]
    4C has placed an order with IT Services Group Touchstone to automate back office business processes, speed up financial reporting and facilitate immediate access to critical management information. Touchstone is implementing Microsoft Great Plains eEnterprise financial accounting software and SalesLogix Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to help 4C to manage sales order processing, stock control and management reporting, and to effectively manage customer relationships.
