    Halifax Bank Chooses Unica [Top]
    Unica announced that Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS) has chosen the Unica Affinium suite to be a part of its approach to customer relationship management (CRM). HBOS will use Affinium in its initiative to build and maintain customer relationships, enabling it to sustain rapid growth. With Affinium, HBOS will develop campaigns in a shorter time, helping the company to offer more personalized client service to its customers.
