BroadVision announced its first packaged e-commerce
suite tailored for the retail market. BroadVision Retail
Commerce Suite enables retailers to employ intelligent,
automated tools that identify the best customers and
products and dynamically serve the appropriate content
for individual consumers.
Vignette
Helps Salud.com [Top]
Vignette announced that Salud.com selected the Vignette
V/5 E-business Application Platform to power its
full-service health community for the world Hispanic
markets. Salud.com allows its subscribers to better
manage their personal health with comprehensive and
timely information, access to medical databases,
publications, real-time medical news, and the ability to
participate in moderated chat support groups.
FutureLink
Rolls Out Hosted Onyx Deployment [Top]
Onyx Software announced that FutureLink has implemented
the first phase of a several hundred seat deployment of
Onyx 2000. FutureLink will maximize their use of Onyx
2000 by combining their online and offline business
processes into a single e-business platform.

Power Conversion Implements Siebel [Top]
Siebel announced that American Power Conversion has
implemented Siebel eBusiness Applications to improve
communications and support with its customers. APC
selected Siebel Field Service and Siebel Call Center
applications to enable service representatives and field
engineers to work and respond even more quickly and
accurately to customer requests.
ADP
with CoVia [Top]
Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and CoVia announced that
ADP will license CoVia’s Intranet Included product to
enable the distribution of ADP’s online services to
its clients. CoVia’s technology will enable ADP to
deliver on its Internet strategy, enabling the creation
of customized and personalized company Web-based
applications designed to streamline payroll, human
resources and benefits plan administration.
Apropos
and Digital Insight [Top]
Apropos announced that Digital Insight has selected
Apropos' Total Interaction Management for its external
customer service contact center. The Apropos solution
will enable Digital Insight to monitor agents at two
different locations and measure and monitor performance
of its centers.
TeleMagic
Named Finalist [Top]
TeleMagic has been named a finalist in The Second Annual
Users Choice Awards, sponsored by Customer Support
Management magazine and RealMarket. The company's
product TeleMagic Enterprise V4.5 competed in the
category of Contact Management Solutions. The Users
Choice Awards is the only awards program in which CRM
products are judged by the end user.

Verkler Named CEO of Sales.com [Top]
Jay L. Verkler has been appointed CEO of Sales.com, the
Internet service that provides productivity solutions
for sales managers and their teams. Sales.com is a
recent spin-off from Siebel. In his new role, Verkler
will oversee Sales.com's evolution as an Internet
service designed to streamline the sales process and
maximize the performance of sales professionals and
sales teams.

Signs VP [Top]
Pivotal announced the appointment of Sandy Blyth as VP
of strategic alliances. Blyth will be responsible for
accelerating the worldwide expansion of Pivotal's
channel partner and alliance programs.
