Blue Martini And Andersen For Ariba [Top] Blue Martini and Andersen announced the delivery of the Blue Martini Adapter for Ariba. The adapter enables sellers to differentiate their products by linking customers from online trading systems back to a seller's site, via the Ariba Commerce Services Network.
iRevolution With CRM [Top] iRevolution Group has adopted the latest version of Onyx Software's CRM solution, Onyx Employee Portal 3.0. By providing users with access to customer and partner information, iRevolution will implement the Onyx solution internally, giving its mobile sales force instant access to business critical information.
Comcast Selects KANA [Top] KANA announced that Comcast Cable Communications will use its web-based e-mail management technology to manage customer inquiries via Comcast's web site. Comcast will utilize the KANA Response System to manage and evaluate e-mail resolution of online customer inquiries at its 10 regional call centers.
ITApps Teams Up with NICE Systems [Top] NICE Systems announced that they have entered into a distribution with ITApps with its headquarters in Hong Kong. Under the distribution agreement, ITApps will sell, install, and fully support NICE's CEM solutions, including multimedia digital recording and quality management.
Tivoli And F5 Networks Launch Alliance [Top] Tivoli Systems and F5 Networks announced an alliance to deliver e-business infrastructure management offerings to enterprises throughout Asia Pacific. The alliance unites F5's Internet traffic and content management capabilities with Tivoli's e-business infrastructure management software.
Knowlagent Signs New Customers [Top] Knowlagent announced that it has signed-on three new customers: CitiFinancial, SubmitOrder, Inc. and Lynk Systems.
Kanisa Secures $30 Million [Top] Kanisa announced that it has secured over $30 million in its series E round of funding. Meritech Capital Partners led the round with Ernst & Young, NIF Ventures, Sierra Ventures and Worldview Technology Partners participating.
Pivotal Appoints President [Top] Pivotal announced the appointment of Bo Manning as president and CEO. Manning is a twenty-year veteran of the technology industry, CRM thought-leader, and former leader of Deloitte Consulting's $500 million CRM practice.
