Blackboard Selects Remedy [Top] Remedy announced that Blackboard has selected Remedy Customer Support and Remedy Sales Continuum software to manage its customer service and sales relationships. Blackboard will deploy the Remedy solutions to improve responsiveness to customers and improve sales force efficiency.
SHAZAM Standardizes On Siebel [Top] Siebel announced SHAZAM has standardized its customer-facing operations on Siebel eBusiness Applications. SHAZAM is using the functionality of Siebel MidMarket Edition to manage, synchronize and coordinate sales, marketing and customer service activities across all points of contact.
BroadVision and Cellmania Partner [Top] BroadVision announced an enhanced partnership with Cellmania to deliver mobile sales and service applications. Solution 6 Group and InterAction Ally [Top] Solution 6 Group is the first global reseller partner of InterAction, the CRM solution for professional services organizations from Interface Software. Under the terms of the partnership agreement, Solution 6 Group will now be able to resell InterAction to current and future CMS OPEN customers. CMS OPEN(r) is a Solution 6 Group time/billing and practice management system.
TeleTech Signs Agreement With Brazilian Agency [Top] TeleTech Holdings, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) services and solutions, announced that it signed a 5-year agreement with Anatel, the Brazilian Federal Telecommunications Regulatory agency. TeleTech will provide information to consumers and businesses about the telecommunications, internet and television markets in Brazil, as well as handle the public's claims and disputes with telecommunications providers.
