Intervoice Omvia IVR Selected By NetBank [Top] Intervoice announced that NetBank has selected its standards-based Omvia communications platform to power the company's voice-enabled, automated customer service application. The voice applications from Intervoice will provide NetBank with an IVR capability allowing the financial services company to ensure a consistent customer experience across business channels.
Aegis Reports Results [Top] Aegis reported its results for the second quarter of 2003. Total revenues from continuing operations generated during the quarter ended June 30, 2003 were $36.6 million as compared to $33.1 million in the second quarter of 2002, an increase of $3.5 million or 10.6%.
