Announces Siebel Validation [Top]
netDecide announced that it has joined the Siebel Alliance
Program as a Premier Software Partner and has validated its
integration of the netDecide Wealth Management System version
1.3 and Siebel eBusiness Applications, including Siebel eFinance
and Siebel eInsurance.
TeleSpear
Earns Siemens Certification [Top]
TeleSpear announced that WebLink has completed testing in
Siemens Enterprise Networks Siemens Ready Developer Support
Program for operation with the company's HicomO 300, Hicom 330,
Hicom 150 H and HiPath ProCentera communications platforms.
Siemens Enterprise Networks, offers solutions that enable
enterprise customers to deploy Siemens HiPath technology at
their own pace, often utilizing their current infrastructure.
eMation
Signs Agreement [Top]
eMation announced an enterprise software licensing agreement
with Beckman Coulter for the eMation DRMT Device Relationship
Management system. The system is intended to expand the remote
diagnostic capabilities of Beckman Coulter's SYNCHRON LX
chemistry analyzers to allow Web-enabled transmission of
instrument data.
Kimball
International Selects Remedy [Top]
Remedy announced that Kimball International selected Remedy Help
Desk and Remedy Web for their call center. Kimball International
will use Remedy's ITSM solutions to improve internal support and
service available through its international call center.
Astute
Wins Award [Top]
Astute was recognized with Best of Show and Best in Class honors
at the Customer Contact Week trade show and conference, held
July 30 through August 2, 2001, in Chicago. Astute's PowerCenter
was named best CRM solution in the Best of Show Awards, selected
by a panel of industry journalists.
