Global Telecom Implements MicroStrategy [Top]
MicroStrategy announced that Global Telecom has
deployed the MicroStrategy 7 Business Intelligence
Platform to enhance its customer relations'
operations. Global Telecom selected MicroStrategy 7
for its interface, functionality, Web-based utility,
and the product's short learning curve.
IEX
With Internexus-CTi [Top]
IEX announced a distribution agreement with
Internexus-CTi, a provider in the contact center arena
based in Madrid. Under the terms of the agreement,
Internexus-CTi will resell the IEX TotalView Workforce
Management product to the Spanish and Portuguese
markets.
Vignette
Signs 10 New Customers [Top]
Vignette announced a demand for the Vignette
Enterprise Application Portal (VEAP). The packaged
portal application has been licensed to 10
organizations. New customers of VEAP include
organizations such as AAA, Banco Galicia, Baptist
Health Systems of South Florida, LifeOptions Network,
IMS HEALTH, Robert Mondavi, the Society of Petroleum
Engineers and Thermo Electron.
IBM
Japan To Resell BroadVision [Top]
BroadVision announced that IBM Japan will resell
BroadVision's suite of enterprise self-service
applications in Japan. BroadVision and EncycloSoft
have signed an agreement whereby IBM Japan has the
right to resell BroadVision applications in Japan.
Time
Warner Deploys salesforce.com [Top]
Salesforce.com announced that Time Warner
Communications has implemented salesforce.com's online
CRM service for use by its Road Runner Business
Services Department in Columbus, Ohio. Time Warner's
Road Runner Business Services Department chose to
implement salesforce.com's online CRM application
rather than develop an in-house automation solution.
Michelin
Selects Entigo [Top]
Entigo and Michelin announced they are working
together to develop a B2B sell and service-side
eCommerce Business Portal for Michelin dealers,
distributors and fleets. Entigo and Michelin used
Entigo Reality Builder to develop the new site, which
is an extension of the BIB NET Order Management System
created in partnership with Entigo and launched in
1996 to serve Michelin's national dealers.
GMT
Surpasses Goal [Top]
GMT announced that they have registered over 500 new
users of GMT Planet - Mercury Edition in one year,
surpassing their goal set last year at the 2000
International Call Center Management (ICCM) Conference
& Exposition.
Envision
Telephony With America Online [Top]
Envision Telephony announced an agreement with America
Online under which it will provide customer service
systems, services and support for AOL customer service
centers. Click2Coach is a system that will assist AOL
Customer Care Consultants by providing both coaching
and self-evaluation tools.
eMation
Signs Agreement [Top]
eMation announced an enterprise software licensing
agreement with Beckman Coulter for the eMation DRMT
Device Relationship Management system. The system is
intended to expand the remote diagnostic capabilities
of Beckman Coulter's SYNCHRON LX chemistry analyzers
to allow Web-enabled transmission of instrument data.
Sightward
And KANA Announce Partnership [Top]
Sightward and KANA announced a partnership to
integrate Sightward's prediction technology and KANA's
eCRM software. Through this new offering, KANA and
Sightware want companies to be able to predict the
results of a marketing campaign before it occurs.
