Expands Relationship With Pier 1 Imports [Top]
E.piphany announced that Pier 1 Imports has expanded its use of
the E.piphany E.5 system. Pier 1 will continue its focus on the
customer by integrating E.piphany's analytics and campaign
management components with its existing call center technology
also provided by E.piphany.

Certified For Remedy Product Line [Top]
Motive announced that its ServiceNet platform has officially
been certified for integration with Remedy. The certification of
Motive's Integration Adapter for Remedy builds on a three- year
sales, marketing and technology partnership spanning 10 joint
customers that utilize Motive/Remedy AR System integrated
solutions.
Viryanet
Joins Micromuse Alliance [Top]
ViryaNet and Micromuse announced that ViryaNet has joined the
Micromuse Alliance Program. The integration will allow
Micromuse's Netcool/OMNIbus application to monitor the
statistical values from network devices and send a signal to
ViryaNet if it detects a problem or if a threshold has been
exceeded.
Aprimo
Announces Growth [Top]
Aprimo announced its quarterly revenues grew by 50 percent
sequentially as organizations signed on as customers. The list
includes among others: Amway, Delta Faucet Company, Nedcor,
Peugeot, and Unisys.
eGain
With Siemens [Top]
eGain has announced that two of its solutions used to Web-enable
call centers have completed testing in Siemens Enterprise
Networks Siemens Ready Developer Support Program for operation
with the company's Hicom 300 H communications platform. The
eGain solutions aim to enable companies to combine telephone-
and Web-based customer care into one system with centralized
administration, and a single queue for interactions.
