Sterling Commerce Selects MicroStrategy [Top] MicroStrategy announced that Sterling Commerce has selected the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Platform as its web-enabled, query and reporting standard to host customer support reporting applications. With the new MicroStrategy-based applications, Sterling Commerce's Customer Support Department will be able to access a wide range of reports and investigative data patterns using a range of ad-hoc query, reporting, and statistical analyses.
ARC Expands Teradata Warehouse [Top] Teradata announced that it has signed an agreement with Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC). The contract involves the expansion of ARC's existing Teradata warehouse in support of ARC's participation in a "First and Final Interline Billing" solution for the global airline industry.
St. Joseph Health System Selects TouchWorks [Top] Allscripts Healthcare Solutions announced that St. Joseph Health System (SJHS) selected the full suite of TouchWorks clinical applications for 100 physicians, with the option of adding more physicians at a later date. SJHS selected the TouchWorks EMR solution as one of the four pillars of their Care ReDesign initiative to drive patient safety and organization efficiency. SJHS is redesigning their care processes to take maximum advantage of clinical automation solutions. SJHS will use this change to develop and standardize their best practices, specifically in the outpatient setting.
Mercury Interactive Reports Results [Top] Mercury Interactive reported results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2003. Revenue for the second quarter of 2003 was $118.1 million, an increase of 26 percent compared to $94.0 million reported in the second quarter of 2002.
