Avaya announced that it has been selected as the supplier of
multi-channel CRM solutions for Home Depot's new customer
contact centers. Using Avaya's Interaction Management solutions,
Home Depot plans to link to multiple, existing databases in
local stores, deliver the information to agent desktops in
regional customer support centers and enable agents to respond
to customers using any communication medium.
Inova
Chooses Respond [Top]
Respond has been chosen by Inova Health System to supply its
patient feedback monitoring software system, Respond 3. The
system permits users to access a single server that will house
patient, employee and physician feedback.

eWare announced a partnership with Welcom. This partnership aims
to allow both companies to provide a tailored solution specific

Microsoft
Recognizes CosmoCom [Top]
CosmoCom announced it has been recognized by Microsoft as one of
five worldwide finalists, and the only North American finalist,
in the CRM Solution of the Year category in the fourth annual
Microsoft Certified Partner Awards. CosmoCom was selected
because of its innovative use of Microsoft's latest
technologies.
