mySAP CRM Gaining Ground [Top] SAP announced that since the introduction of mySAP CRM to the market at the end of 1999, more than 1,500 companies around the globe have selected the CRM solution. In 2001 SAP generated revenues in CRM totaling EUR 445 million. Well-known companies have decided to implement mySAP CRM, including AstraZeneca and ratiopharm, plus COOP Norway, IDS Scheer CEE, Nestle Nordic, Norsk Hydro Gas & Chemicals, Osram, and Siemens ICM.
TIBCO Software Partners With Siebel [Top] TIBCO Software announced its expanded partnership with Siebel to deliver Web Services-based integration solutions in support of Siebel Application Network. TIBCO will offer standards-based integration solutions to integrate processes spanning systems.
Vertex Sees Benefits From Amacis [Top] Vertex has seen productivity increase by 174% following its installation of a new e-mail management product, Amacis Visibility, and anticipates further improvements as new clients requirements are rolled out. It promised, and has delivered, 80% automation (correct suggested responses) for inbound e-mail messages, far surpassing the previous levels of below 30%, and such has been the increased agent productivity that each deployment requires less than 50% of the previous staffing level to supply the same manual service.

Sand Strengthens Management Team [Top] Sand Technology has strengthened its senior management team with the addition of two former executives of QueryObject Systems Corporation. Sand Chairman and CEO Arthur Ritchie announced that QueryObject's ex-Chairman/CEO Robert Thompson has joined Sand as Corporate VP of Marketing, and former QueryObject Chief Technology Officer Matthew Doering has joined Sand as Chief Scientist and Consulting Systems Engineer.
