Partners With Compaq [Top]
Acxiom announced that Acxiom's AbiliTec Customer Data
Integration (CDI) software will be built into Compaq's
Zero Latency Enterprise (ZLE) solution. Compaq formed the
alliance with Acxiom to include AbiliTec software in its
ZLE architecture, to provide customer information that
allows personalization and privacy protection to its end
users.
BroadVision
Helps Dade Behring [Top]
BroadVision announced that Dade Behring has used a suite
of e-business applications from BroadVision -- including
BroadVision One-to-One Enterprise, BroadVision Publishing
Center and BroadVision Instant Publisher -- to provide
service to Dade Behring customers, order status and order
entry.

Awards Winners Announced [Top]

for the year 2001. Inspired by the line near the end of

Software With Proxima [Top]
Magic Software announced that it has entered into a
partnership agreement with Proxima Information. Proxima
will use Magic's development technology to create CRM
applications geared toward the Italian market that can be
integrated with JD Edwards' ERP systems as well as Magic's
own CRM solutions.
ICT
GROUP Reports Earnings [Top]
ICT GROUP reported record consolidated net revenues of
$57.8 million for the fourth quarter ended December 31,
2000, an increase of 49% over 1999 fourth quarter net
revenues of $38.8 million. Diluted earnings per share for
the fourth quarter of 2000 were $0.18 per share, up from
$0.11 per share reported in the fourth quarter of 1999.
Aspect
Names Beatriz V. Infante to Succeed Founder [Top]
Aspect announced that President and CEO Beatriz V. Infante
has been named to the additional post of chairman of
Aspect's board of directors. As chairman, Infante succeeds
company founder James R. Carreker, who is retiring from
the board after more than 15 years of service to Aspect.
ClientLogic
Outperforms Industry Benchmark [Top]
ClientLogic announced the results of its December 2000
Customer Satisfaction survey, confirming a stellar level
of service during the holiday season. The internal report
found that 89.5% of customers served by ClientLogic were
"very satisfied" or "satisfied" with
their experience, outperforming The American Customer
Satisfaction Index benchmark for Q4 2000 by 16 percent.

Jeeves Appoints Claudio Pinkus to President [Top]
Ask Jeeves announced that Claudio Pinkus has been named
president of Ask Jeeves Business Solutions. Prior to
joining Ask Jeeves, Pinkus founded two companies in the
software and information technology sectors and served as
CEO of Bowne Global Solutions.
