Verint Systems Files For IPO [Top] Comverse and its subsidiary, Verint Systems announced that Verint Systems has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of newly issued shares of its common stock. Verint Systems is a provider of analytic solutions for digital video security and surveillance, communications interception and enterprise business intelligence.
ICT Group Reports Results [Top] ICT Group reported consolidated net revenues of $67.7 million for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2001, an increase of 17% over 2000 fourth quarter net revenues of $57.8 million. Operating income for the fourth quarter increased 24% to $5.0 million, from $4.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2000.
NETg Goes Universal With Knowledge Management Software [Top] Knowledge Management Software has signed a three year license agreement with global e-learning provider, NETg, who will promote Universal Knowledge software licenses to its customer base. This contract, the largest KMS has entered to date reflects the strength of the working relationship with NETg since they placed an initial order for Domain Knowledge in September 2000.
Sitel Reports Results [Top] Sitel announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2001. Fourth quarter results exceeded the previously announced outlook. SITEL's fourth quarter revenues increased 9% to $189.5 million from $173.8 million in the third quarter.
Oncontact Wins Award [Top] Oncontact announced that CMS 5.0, its CRM software suite, has been named by ISM, as one of the Top 15 CRM software packages for 2002. This is the fourth consecutive year that ISM selected CMS to ISM¡¯s Top 15. The Top 15 selections are featured in ISM's 10th anniversary edition of The Guide to CRM Automation, (www.ismguide.com).
Harvard Business School Invites Unveil Technologies [Top] Unveil Technologies has been recognized by the Harvard Business School for its contribution to the field of speech recognition software. Harvard has invited Company President Peter Durlach to speak at their annual Cyberposium event on "The Business Impact for Speech Recognition Applications" with industry leaders IBM, Motorola and SpeechWorks.
RareMethod Hires Three VPs [Top] Keith Dundas, Vice-President RareMethod Interactive Studios, a subsidiary of RareMethod Capital announced that the company's MethodMail business unit has made three marketing and sales appointments. Joining the company are Scott Martin as VP Market Development, Stefan Eyram as VP Business Development, Canada and Don Samoil as VP Business Development, Eastern U.S.
