West Corporation Reports Earnings
For the fiscal year 2003, revenues were $988.3 million, a 20.4% increase compared to 2002 revenues of $820.7 million. Operating income was $143.1 million, up 34.4% compared to $106.5 million in the prior year. Net income increased 28.0% to $87.9 million, versus $68.6 million in 2002. The company earned $1.28 per diluted share in 2003, compared to $1.01 in 2002.

Onyx Announces Results
Revenue for 2003 was $58.4 million, compared to $69.4 million in 2002. Reported net loss for 2003 was $6.2 million, or a loss of $0.46 per share, compared to a reported net loss of $13.8 million or a loss $1.10 per share in 2002. Non-GAAP operating loss for 2003, which excludes amortization of intangibles, stock-based compensation expense and restructuring was $3.9 million, compared to a non-GAAP operating loss of $4.0 million for 2002.

SITEL Reports Results
For the year of 2003, the Company reported revenue of $846.5 million as compared to revenue of $770.2 million for the year of 2002. For the year of 2003, the Company had an operating profit of $10.8 million, and a net loss of $5.2 million or a net loss of $0.07 per diluted share. This compares to an operating profit of $29.3 million, and a net income of $8.6 million or $0.12 per diluted share.
