Siebel announced that Expanets will standardize its
customer-facing operations on Siebel eBusiness Applications.
Siebel Systems' multichannel solution aims to enable
Expanets professionals to respond faster to new business
leads and provide service to established clients.
Interactive
Intelligence Agreement With Cisco [Top]
Interactive Intelligence announced it has signed an OEM
agreement with Cisco Systems to offer Interactive
Intelligence's interaction management software with Cisco's
Integrated Communications System 7750 platform. Interactive
Intelligence also announced it has completed the sale of
515,517 shares of its common stock to Cisco at a price of
$29.00 per share.
SwissOnline
Standardizes On Aspect [Top]
Aspect announced that SwissOnline is standardizing its
customer communication operations on the Aspect Customer
Relationship Portal. SwissOnline will use the Aspect Portal
in its Zurich contact center to control and process customer
inquiries by phone, fax, e-mail and the Internet on an
integrated basis.

Apropos announced that SPAWAR Systems Center, Charleston, is
using Apropos' Multimedia Interaction Management solution
for its IT help desk. The Apropos solution's voice features
enable the help desk to allow technicians to better serve
their customers.
