And TIBCO Expand Alliance [Top]
BroadVision and TIBCO announced the expansion of their
technology relationship. The companies have agreed to
package TIBCO's XML Authority with the BroadVision
One-To-One Publishing Center. Users can apply structure,
consistency and style to e-content using XML as the
technology backbone.
Bond
To Head HP Program [Top]
Hewlett-Packard announced that Phil Bond, former senior VP
of government affairs for the Information Technology
Industry Council, will head HP's Federal Public Policy
programs and Washington, D.C., office effective Feb. 26. In
his new position, Bond will lead the formulation of HP
positions on U.S. domestic issues and determine where HP
will provide early leadership in shaping public policy
involving e-commerce, trade, the environment, education,
procurement and taxation.

Teleservices Names Scot Brunke CFO [Top]
RMH Teleservices announced that Scot Brunke has been
appointed Chief Financial Officer, replacing Noah Asher, who
resigned to pursue another career opportunity. Prior to
joining RMH, Mr. Brunke was an investment banker at J.P.
Morgan Chase & Co.

Parekh Joins Xchange [Top]
Exchange announced that Insight Capital Partners' Managing
Director Deven Parekh has joined the company's Board of
Directors. Insight Capital recently invested approximately
$6.7 million in Xchange via a private placement of preferred
stock.

Embarks On Expansion Strategy [Top]
Cerida, a CRM firm focused on customer acquisition
development and retention, embarked on an expansion strategy
in which the company plans to open 12 new customer
interaction centers over the next three years.
Simtrex
Builds Customer Base [Top]
Simtrex has reached multiple milestones that reflect the
success of StarTrainer, the company's voice-interactive
simulator for customer relationship training. Simtrex
announced the addition of new customers across a range of
markets, including insurance, utilities, cable and
teleservices. These accounts include Blue Cross and Blue
Shield, Coventry Healthcare, Xcel Energy, Rogers Cable and
Intercall.

Announced Financials [Top]
HNC announced its financial results for the fourth quarter
ended Dec. 31, 2000, and fiscal 2000. Revenues for the
fourth quarter 2000 were $55.1 million, representing an
increase of 32 percent over revenues of $41.6 million for
the fourth quarter of 1999. Revenues for fiscal 2000 were
$195.0 million, an increase of 32 percent over revenues of
$147.7 million for fiscal 1999. Diluted operational net
income for the fourth quarter of 2000 was $0.12 per share.
