Interactive Intelligence Not Affected By Security Vulnerabilities Interactive Intelligence announced that its session initiation protocol (SIP)-based IP telephony software is not affected by security vulnerabilities found in products using the alternative H.323 protocol. The announcement came in response to an advisory issued this month by Atlanta-based Internet Security Systems Inc. citing that several critical vulnerabilities had been discovered in H.323-based voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and videoconferencing products.
Unica Reports Record First Quarter Unica announced the results for its first quarter of fiscal year 2004, ended December 31, 2003. During the quarter, the company achieved record revenue, signing 30 license deals driven by new and repeat customers across four continents.
Epsilon Announces Customer Wins Epsilon announced that it has reached a milestone in its business development efforts. In 2003, 36 new client wins plus growth in existing clients fueled a 13 percent rise in Epsilon's commercial account billings.
