Witness announced the availability of its methodology for

SafeHarbor announced the appointment of John Albert as
executive VP of worldwide sales. In his new position,

FairMarket and Broadbase announced the integration of
Broadbase's e-marketing technology with FairMarket's suite
of pricing solutions. The Broadbase-powered solution

management and mail delivery. Coupled with 24-hour
customer service, client response management, customized
reporting, creative services and copy writing services
from FairMarket, this solution aims to help FairMarket's
roster of clients increase sales and maximize yield on
their FairMarket hosted sites.

Shoppers Want Better Customer Service [Top]
LivePerson unveils its Post-Holiday Online Customer
Satisfaction Monitor, a follow-up to the company's similar
pre-holiday survey. With an estimated $10.8 billion spent
online this past holiday season, the LivePerson survey
finds that online shoppers are recognizing the importance
of customer service. When survey participants were asked
what improvements they would make to the online shopping
experience in the new year, half (50%) of all shoppers
said they want better customer service or the ability to
speak or chat with a sales representative.
Selectica
To Provide To Health Net [Top]
Selectica announced that Health Net's Federal Services
subsidiary, Foundation Health Federal Services, chose
Selectica's suite of e-Insurance applications to power its
online enrollment operations. Selectica will allow
individual TRICARE beneficiaries to check eligibility,
enroll in the program, pay enrollment fees, select primary
physicians, update enrollment information, change and view
personal information and receive temporary identification
cards.

AMRO Customer Service Starts With eGain [Top]
eGain announced that ABN AMRO is harnessing eGain's
e-services software as part of an initiative to provide
customer service. ABN AMRO selected the customer
interaction management software as the foundation for
customer support.
