and Siebel Fortify Commitment [Top]
Actuate announced it has broadened the scope of its
three-year Premier Software Alliance with Siebel. Siebel
has chosen Actuate's e.Report Server as the Information
Delivery solution for Siebel eBusiness Applications based
on Actuate's capabilities, including DHTML, report
scheduling, solution scalability, cross-platform support
and the ability to access information through Siebel
Business Objects.
Advanta
Business Cards Selects Davox [Top]
Davox announced that Advanta Business Cards has chosen the
Ensemble customer contact suite for implementation in its
Gibbsboro, N.J., contact center. Advanta plans to begin
deploying Ensemble immediately and has engaged Davox's
Enterprise Solutions Services organization to implement
and integrate the Ensemble suite of products with its
existing solutions.

Health Plan Chooses Selectica [Top]
Selectica announced that Blue Cross and Blue Shield of
Florida has chosen Selectica's suite of e-Insurance
applications to power the company's online quoting and
enrollment operations. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of
Florida will use Selectica's solution as its rating and
underwriting application to simplify and accelerate the
process of selecting, configuring and pricing
employer-based insurance products and services.
InterVoice-Brite
Helps Independence Community Bank [Top]
InterVoice-Brite partnered with Independence Community
Bank to offer innovations that will change the way the
bank's customers conduct financial transactions. ICB
implemented a speech-enabled system from InterVoice-Brite
as part of an extensive effort to redesign its call center
and to provide its customers access to account information
and transaction capabilities.

Capitalizes On Growth [Top]
Teloquent announced the close of the fiscal year 2000.
Annual highlights included the announcement of a new focus
on delivering a system to integrate and improve the value
of call center and CRM investments. A major step in
executing this mission was the introduction of Teloquent
Interchange, a customer interaction platform.

Selected by Bristol-Myers Squibb [Top]
Dendrite announced that it has been selected by
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company to become their service
provider in the design and implementation of the company's
sales and marketing infrastructure. The agreement calls
for Dendrite to provide support and services to
Bristol-Myers Squibb's US pharmaceutical sales force with
Dendrite's WebForce solution, which has embedded Force
Analyzer, training and technical support services.

Invests In Quadstone [Top]
Quadstone announced that Great Universal Stores (GUS) has
made an investment in Quadstone's customer behavior
modeling software. Quadstone's solution will enable GUS to
take catalogue shopping online in a marketing environment
and at the same time, get a closer understanding of its
customers.

Appoints VP [Top]
IslandData announced the appointment of Dale Hazel as
Senior VP of Marketing and Business Development. Hazel is
responsible for leading the company's planning, product
marketing, product strategy, and marketing communications
efforts.
