Web ProactivePortal For My HP [Top] BackWeb announced that BackWeb ProactivePortal capabilities have been introduced for My HP Center, a consumer portal designed to enhance Hewlett-Packard Company's Windows XP experience for consumers. BackWeb's technology enables millions of HP users to access, directly from their desktops, Internet sites that feature special offers on items such as personal finance, shopping, digital imaging and music.
One 2 One Selects Convergys [Top] Convergys announced that One 2 One has signed a contract for the Convergys Mediation Manager. Convergys' new mediation software is an application module that collects, processes, and manages from a centralised site all transaction records between an operator's network and billing-related systems. The Convergys Mediation Manager will be integrated into One 2 One's billing infrastructure and bills will continue to be generated using One 2 One's existing software.

Hyperion Extends Business Intelligence With Crystal [Top] Hyperion and Crystal Decisions announced an OEM and reseller agreement to embed Crystal Decisions' Web-based query, reporting and information delivery solutions for relational and multidimensional data into Hyperion's analytic platform. The joint development resulting from this agreement aims to enable companies to access a complete range of information for reporting, analysis, modeling and planning.
Aspect Wins Award [Top] Aspect announced that Communications Solutions magazine has recognized Aspect Customer Self-Service version 6.0 (CSS) as product of the year. This software runs on open systems and supports the deployment of voice recognition technology, with a heightened level of data integration, in a customer contact center environment.
