BroadVision announced a partnership with Adhesion Technologies
to deliver a CRM solution to Financial Service Providers.
BroadVision will combine its suite of software applications --
including BroadVision One-to-One Enterprise and BroadVision
InfoExchange Portal -- with the hosted Adhesion Relationship
Manager infrastructure to provide customers with an e-business
infrastructure for integrating financial data, financial
products and e-Advice services, thus helping FSPs to use the
Internet to expand and deepen their customer relationships and
build brand awareness online.
Hawaii
Medical Service Selects Pegasystems [Top]
Pegasystems announced that the Hawaii Medical Service
Association (HMSA) has signed a license for Pegasystems' eCRM
solutions to help enhance customer service to its 600,000 member
network. By implementing Pegasystems' solutions, HMSA will
enable eBusiness service members, providers and employees to
interact with its members across channels, maximizing customer
satisfaction to manage business processes and information from
across the enterprise.

Adds E-Business Leaders [Top]
Veripost announced the addition of five companies to the
Veripost Network. As Veripost partners, digital marketing
service providers Acxiom, Bigfoot Interactive and CheetahMail
will promote the e-mail change of address service to their
clients. Proflowers.com and DirectStuff.com have also joined as
network partners that will use the Veripost service.

Announces B2B Solution [Top]
BEA Systems announced agreements with software application
partners, including Calico, Hologix, Interwoven and Moai, to
integrate their B2B applications with the BEA WebLogic
Collaborate platform. Together, the BEA B2B platform and
applications from these partners are designed to offer customers
a solution stack for conducting commerce.

Prediction For Mobile Commerce [Top]
Ovum predicts m-Commerce services will soon be the driving force
in the mobile location services market. Ovum predicts m-Commerce
to be worth $20 billion by 2006. Mobile location services
currently offered to consumers include information, tracking,
redirection of inbound/outbound calls, mobile advertising and
m-Commerce.
