Apropos Announces Siebel Validation [Top] Apropos announced that the integration between Apropos' Version 5 Multi-Channel Interaction Management Suite and Siebel eBusiness Applications version 7 has been validated by Siebel Systems. The integration of Apropos Version 5 with Siebel 7 provides automation to prioritize, route and escalate incoming interactions in real-time, within the Siebel 7 client. Customer service representatives (CSRs) can handle these interactions using the Siebel Communications Toolbar.
Oaktree Capital Management Selects Interface Software [Top] Interface Software announced that Oaktree Capital Management, LLC, has selected InterAction 5 to support the firm's CRM initiative. The firm will deploy InterAction 5 to provide sales support to its marketing and client relations efforts.
Pegasystems For British Healthcare Organization [Top] Pegasystems announced that BUPA (British United Provident Association) has gone live with Pegasystems' customer service management software. First announced in January of last year, BUPA has implemented Pegasystems' customer management system to improve customer care and process management over the Web and through its call centers.
