Teams With IBM [Top]
Peregrine announced that IBM Global Services and Evergreen
Systems will be the first preferred service providers to
support customers in Peregrine's acquisition of Tivoli
Service Desk suite and its integration with Peregrine
solutions. Peregrine is assuming responsibility for the
Tivoli Service Desk suite product line.
webMethods
Selects BroadVision [Top]
BroadVision and webMethods announced that webMethods will
use BroadVision's suite of e-business software applications
to develop and power webMethods' corporate web sites.
webMethods is replacing its current website platform and
will use BroadVision software to create an extranet that
provides webMethods' customers and partners with
self-service access to information, products and business
processes.
printCafe
Named E-Business of the Year [Top]
printCafe announced that it was named the Gold Medal Winner
of the Prepress and Publishing 2000 E-Business of the Year
award during a ceremony last month in London. printCafe
provides business management software solutions to both the
buyer and supplier sides of the printing and publishing
industries. printCafe's ERP products manage print projects
from job creation through delivery and integrates them with
ecommerce functionality via Web sites developed and hosted
by printCafe.

Finali announced that its SageServer technology received

Fall 2000. SageServer is the technology engine that drives

automated netSage agent and online customers.
Exchange
Secures $6.7 Million [Top]
Exchange announced that it has completed a private placement
of 5,325,645 shares of 10% Series A Convertible Redeemable
Preferred Stock for gross proceeds of approximately $6.7
million, at a purchase price of $1.2632 per share. The
investors in the private placement, Insight Capital Partners
and certain of their affiliated funds may convert the
preferred stock and any accrued dividends into common stock
at any time at a conversion price equal to the initial
purchase price per share.

Jeeves Appoints New Chairman and New Director to Board [Top]
Ask Jeeves announced the appointment of Garrett Gruener to
Chairman of the board and the appointment of James Kirsner
to its board of directors. The new appointments to the board
are designed to facilitate Ask Jeeves' corporate objectives,
which include focusing on core technology assets to pursue
new market opportunities, executing its 2001 growth strategy
and achieving its operating profitability target of the
fourth quarter 2001.

Manish Gupta and Jeff McCall have joined the Company's
executive management team, in the newly created roles of
