Ships CRM Analytics [Top]
PeopleSoft announced the delivery of PeopleSoft CRM
Analytics, an internet suite of applications that enables
businesses to measure the effectiveness of sales, marketing,
and customer support activities. The PeopleSoft CRM
Analytics suite includes PeopleSoft Sales Activity Insight,
Marketing Insight, Support Insight, Profitability Insight,
and Customer Scorecard--applications that integrate data to
give companies insight into the performance of their sales,
marketing, and service programs.
Totalgaz
Standardizes On Siebel [Top]
Siebel announced that Totalgaz will standardize on Siebel
eBusiness Applications. By creating a customer information
management system, Siebel eBusiness Applications will enable
Totalgaz call center agents and marketing professionals to
stay informed of customers' needs and respond to ensure
service and customer satisfaction.

Wireless Selects HNC Software [Top]
HNC Software announced that Edge Wireless Communications, an
affiliate of the AT&T Wireless network, has selected a
HNC Software platform designed for the wireless industry to
combat fraud and enhance flexible prepaid services. HNC's
RoamEx, FraudTec and Home&Away Prepaid Services will be
deployed across the Edge Wireless network.
Calico
Signs Contract With Technology Leap Holdings [Top]
Calico announced that Technology Leap Holdings (TLH) has
chosen Calico Market Maker to power its B2B marketplace in
Turkey and other emerging market countries. TLH's B2B
marketplace will initially bring together suppliers and
retailers such as Efes, Eczacibasi and Gima, as well as
service suppliers such as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young to
serve the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.

Recognition
Systems Revenue Increases [Top]
Recognition Systems announced that revenues for fiscal year
2000 nearly quadrupled, employees increased from 44 to 125
and the company added three executive team members. Showing
revenues of $12.9 million in fiscal year 2000-compared to
$3.4 million for the previous year-the company, whose
products include the Protagona Ensemble campaign management
suite, expressed optimism about growth, partnerships and
customers.
