NICE announced that Siebel has validated the integration
between NICE's Customer Experience Management (CEM) version
8.7 and Siebel eBusiness 2000. NICE's CEM recording

Forms Alliance with IBM [Top]
Acxiom announced an alliance with IBM focused on providing
clients of both companies with end-to-end solutions for
business intelligence, data management and CRM. IBM will
enhance its strength in the market by incorporating Acxiom's
AbiliTec CDI software within its CRM solutions provided to
business customers in the U.S. and worldwide.

Selects Convergys [Top]
Convergys and WideOpenWest announced that they have signed a
7-year managed services agreement. The agreement is for
Convergys' Integrated Communications Operation Management
System, a convergent voice, video, and data billing solution
for cable and broadband service providers.
